BEWA has a new name

Press accreditation in the UK is much more straightforward if you are a member of the British Equestrian Writers Association, or BEWA. BEWA is, or was, the governing body for equestrian journalists in the UK.

At the last BEWA committee meeting it was proposed, and unanimously agreed, that BEWA should change its name to BEMA, to reflect the changing times in equine journalism. BEMA, stands for the British Equestrian Media Association.
